Hi all, here is the simple terms & condition while placing / purchase from Fantastic Communications, We can assure you that the phone you order are brand new.

For certain brand, sometimes it come in seal pack, we only will remove the seal upon your collection. Unfortunately, not all handphone are 100% perfect, for those who are not lucky got the factory defect one, we can only send in service center to claim warranty. (after next day or few days)

For safety, you may check carefully and details while collecting the handphone, if there is problem occur from the handphone, we can request and replace another new set for you from supplier.

-Confirmation of order will be based upon receipt of deposit / full payment from customer.
-Once a customer confirms and places order, cancellation or change to other goods is not allowed.
